Mr Bai comes from constructions group background with a decade of business practice during which he is dispatched to work as project manager in hotel related industry and navigation (sailing boat) sports.
Apart from his senior hotel operations experience, Mr Bai plays and grows with various management posts from construction sites Supervisor, Group Hi-Tech VGM to Project Director for Passivhaus constructions.
