Entrusted by the hotel owner, NUHC Hotel Group signs a consignment management contract with the owner and appoints a management team led by a general manager to take charge of the general operation of the hotel. NUHC Hotel Group is responsible for the operation outcome of the hotel and regularly charges the management fee from the owner according to the hotel operation performance.
